Shipping & Returns
Everything about getting your Gêne to you, and what happens if you need to send it back.
Shipping
Orders are packed and sent within 1 to 2 business days. Once it leaves our warehouse you get a tracking link by email.
- Spain — 2 to 3 business days. €4.95, free over €60.
- Rest of the EU — 3 to 5 business days. €7.95, free over €80.
- United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway — 5 to 7 business days. €12.95. Import duties are paid by the customer.
- Rest of the world — 7 to 12 business days. €19.95. Import duties are paid by the customer.
We don't ship on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm CET are picked up the next business day.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return your Gêne. It needs to be unused and in its original packaging, with the keyring, the carabiner and both cables.
To start a return, write to customercare@genealarm.com with your order number. We send you a return label and instructions within 24 hours.
Return shipping is €4.95, taken off your refund, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return reaching us.
Exchanges
Want the other finish? Return the one you have and place a new order. That way you get the colour you want without waiting for the return to be processed.
Faulty or damaged
If your Gêne arrives damaged or stops working, write to customercare@genealarm.com with your order number and a photo. We answer within 24 hours and cover the return shipping.
Every Gêne comes with a two year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Order not arrived?
Check your tracking link first. If it hasn't moved in 5 business days, write to us and we'll chase it with the carrier or send a replacement.
